All orders are shipped directly from our Gold Coast Headquarters (Australia) via Australia Post or Express Courier Service.

In Stock Items: All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.


Pre-Order Items: Please refer to the product listing for estimate arrival or release date of products. None of your order will be shipped until ALL items in your order are available.

If your order contains both pre-order and in stock items, your order will be dispatched in only one parcel, together within the latest dispatch timeframe, once ALL items to fulfil your order are available. 

If you would like your in-stock items shipped immediately, please create a separate order for pre-order items to avoid delay.

Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

INTERNATIONAL*
New Zealand, UK, USA, China, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong — Standard Shipping: 4-9 business days
All other countries — Standard Shipping: 6-25 business days
