Which kit should I choose?
The Buddy Kit is a two-person, evacuation-ready setup. The Crew Kit adds supplies for four people, with additional backup power and extra lighting. The Mega Emergency Kit is an eight-person home supply setup in a heavy-duty storage crate. Consider how many people you're preparing for and whether you need a portable evacuation bag or supplies to keep at home.
Is this everything I need for 72 hours?
Your kit is a starting point for a household emergency setup. Add enough food and stored drinking water for your household, along with medications, documents, clothing, and baby or pet supplies where needed. Your requirements will depend on your location, household and the emergency.
Can I choose the backpack colour?
The Buddy and Crew Kits currently offer Red, Black, Desert Sand and Khaki Green. Select your preferred available colour on the product page before adding your kit to the cart.
Do you ship from Australia?
Yes. All orders are shipped from our Gold Coast headquarters. In-stock orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Australian orders of $250 or more qualify for free shipping. Pre-order and mixed orders follow the latest applicable dispatch timeframe. See our shipping policy for details and delivery estimates.
What if I need to return something?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to eligibility and exclusions. Change-of-mind items must be unused, with original packaging, and return postage is your responsibility. See the returns policy for all conditions.
